Reception

At Bar Astoria, Snack Astoria, KIMERATHEKLUB and Lobby Bar, payment is by card only. Purchases must be paid for at the time of ordering and cannot be charged to your room.

At the «BlauBlue» Buffet Restaurant, during dinner, purchases can only be paid for by charging them to your room. Please show your room card when requesting a charge and sign the receipt for your purchases.

At Check-Out, you can settle your account in cash or by card.

Please report to Reception any breakdown or damage you have found in your room; our technical service will fix it as quickly as possible.

A tablet is available at Reception if you wish to print or browse the internet.

Private doctor service available 24h, from €150.

• Bike Center Astoria to store your bicycles.

• The room must be vacated before 11:00.
• Cold breakfast to go for departures before 7:00, which can be ordered at Reception the day before departure, before 19:00.
• Courtesy shower (by reservation at Reception); towels and shower gel provided at Reception.
• We offer a late Check-Out service for a fee and subject to availability. Please ask at Reception.
