The rooms have a safe. You will find the instructions next to the safe or via the corresponding link. The hotel is not responsible for personal or valuable items kept in the room outside the safe.

1. 1Program code: press the button inside door frame, you will hear a beep. (Do not hear a beep? turn the key and press the button again).
2. 2Program code: enter a 6 digit code and press #. Congratulations, your code has been programmed!
3. 3Lock the door: with the door closed, enter the code, press #, turn the latch.
4. 4Open the door: enter the code, press #, turn the latch, open the door.

It has 3 modes.

• In summer: snowflake mode, minimum temperature 21ºC.
• In winter: sun mode, maximum temperature 24ºC.
• If you only want ventilation: fan mode.

• Carried out daily from 9:00 to 14:00.
• If you do not wish to be disturbed, use the «do not disturb» sign.
• Please use the terrace drying rack for your towels; placing them on the railing is not allowed.

• External service. Returned to your room in approx. 24 hours, except at weekends.
• Iron and ironing board on request at Reception.
• Self-service washing machine and dryer at Bike Center Astoria.
• Washing machine with detergent €3.50 and dryer €3.

Some rooms have a garment steamer: it gets your clothes ready in minutes and needs no ironing board.

Fit the brush or remove it before you plug the steamer in, because afterwards the steam head is too hot to touch. Use the brush for silk; leave it off for cotton, wool and linen.

1. 1Fill the water tank: twist it off, take it out and add water. Water only: no perfume, no soap.
2. 2Plug it in and wait about 25 seconds. When the blue light goes out, it is ready.
3. 3Press the steam button. Press it again to stop the steam.
4. 4Steam it hanging up: hang the garment up and glide slowly, from top to bottom. Do not press hard on the fabric; if you do, it spits water instead of steam.

If your room has a jacuzzi: the plug closes and opens by pressing on top, "click clack" style. Do not turn it on until the water rises above the level of the last jet (the highest one), otherwise it will stop.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, only on the terrace. If you would like an ashtray, ask the chambermaids or contact reception.
