Telephone

Reception: 3308. Outside line: dial the phone number. Another room: dial 2 + the room number.

Safe

The rooms have a safe. You will find the instructions next to the safe or via the corresponding link. The hotel is not responsible for personal or valuable items kept in the room outside the safe.

Centralised A/C system · Heating (seasonal)

It has 3 modes. In summer: snowflake mode, minimum temperature 21ºC. In winter: sun mode, maximum temperature 24ºC. If you only want ventilation: fan mode. It switches off automatically when the key is removed from the card holder and/or when the terrace door is opened.

Room cleaning

Carried out daily from 9:00 to 14:00. If you do not wish to be disturbed, use the «do not disturb» sign. Please use the terrace drying rack for your towels; placing them on the railing is not allowed.

Laundry

External service. Returned to your room in approx. 24 hours, except at weekends. Iron and ironing board on request at Reception. Self-service washing machine and dryer at Bike Center Astoria. Washing machine with detergent €3.50 and dryer €3.

Jacuzzi

If your room has a jacuzzi: the plug closes and opens by pressing on top, "click clack" style. Do not turn it on until the water rises above the level of the last jet (the highest one), otherwise it will stop.

Wake-up service

On request at Reception.

Ashtrays

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, only on the terrace. If you would like an ashtray, ask the chambermaids or contact reception.
